In the rare moments when I was sick as a child, I was defiant in my refusal to take medicine. I was the kid who chose a salad when we went out to dinner. My instincts, then, were unfounded, which often left me feeling isolated within myself. During Chiropractic school, everything that I intuitively knew back then was affirmed. There is a harmonious, intelligent wisdom that exists within us all, that is yearning to be fully expressed.
